Portable Dust Monitoring Systems

Novecom has released a portable dust monitoring system to supplement the fixed TEOM and BAM applications. Based on visible laser light scatter principles, the portable dust system can be supplied in PM10 or PM2.5 configurations. Lower power consumption and tripod mounting means the system can be solar powered and is portable. The portable dust monitoring system is ideal for infill monitoring needs or for undertaking boundary monitoring for near field dust assessments.

Inversion Measurement

Recent developments in the area of temperature lapse rate measurement for assessing temperature inversions has seen Novecom awarded a contract to install a 60 meter tower and associated temperature sensors.
